What You'll Do

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements for physical security initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including security personnel, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in existing security systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

Collaborate with external vendors to source and integrate state-of-the-art security technologies and systems.

Oversee the installation and maintenance of physical security hardware and software, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in physical security to continuously enhance our security posture.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing physical security.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned into future projects.

Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a substantial variety of systems and equipment which may include security and/or building automation. Assignments are broad in nature and may require a high level of ingenuity and proficiency.

Troubleshoot network issues affecting ESS operability and reconcile issues in coordination with IT/Cybersecurity departments.

Reads complex blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation requirements
