Administer US government security policies and procedures in managing classified government contract programs as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), including maintaining the structural integrity of the SCIF, managing and monitoring all access, and administering security education.

Exhibit flexibility, set priorities, and manage customer expectations in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

Provide support in clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security, including alarm response for controlled areas associated with both collateral and SCI security programs.

Make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions. Interact with internal and external customers or Government security officials to perform security duties.

Address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues. Report preparation and program security access briefing duties as required.
